Overview
I redesigned the careers experience to turn a dense, text-heavy page into a modern, mobile-responsive interface. The new layout streamlines content, makes job listings easier to browse and apply to, and reflects Lumens’ premium brand, built in close collaboration with the UX Manager and dev team.
